WHAT’S INVOLVED
Once you have made the decision to achieve a healthier lifestyle, we set up an appointment and get you all set up with our new, secure online portal.
All your required forms, lifestyle journals, and other documents will be available through your personal portal. Once you are familiar with the new portal, we get started with some pretty simple and straight forward questions so we can help build your healthy lifestyle roadmap.
FIRST CONSULTATION
During your initial 1 hour session, we will work together to develop the lifestyle and dietary changes needed to reach your goals.
FOLLOW UP VISITS
These visits are critical to your success – follow-up visits provide support, accountability and allow for ongoing nutrition education. Follow-up visits can be combined with other services depending on your goals. Follow-up visits are scheduled based on the condition being addressed.
Packages would include 2 initial 1-hour appointments followed by 2, 4, or 6 1/2 hour follow-ups.
